The Deputy Coordinator, North Central of the City Boy Movement, Chief Sola Ajimati, has congratulated Ambassador Abdulfatai Yahaya Seriki, on his appointment as Zonal Director, Youth Mobilisation, North Central, of the All Progressives Congress (APC) 2027 Presidential Campaign Council (PCC).
Ajimati in a statement in Abuja on Monday, described the appointment as a fitting recognition of Seriki’s leadership qualities, grassroots mobilisation strength, political experience and commitment to youth engagement across the North-Central region.
In a statement issued on Monday in Abuja, Ajimati expressed confidence that the APC chieftain would deploy his extensive experience, strategic capacity and grassroots network to effectively coordinate youth mobilisation efforts across Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger and Plateau states, as well as the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
According to him, Seriki’s appointment reflects the confidence the party leadership has in his ability to galvanise young people and strengthen support for the APC ahead of the 2027 general elections.
“This appointment is a clear recognition of Ambassador Seriki’s capacity, commitment and longstanding contribution to our political movement. I am confident that he will deliver excellently and justify the confidence reposed in him,” Ajimati stated.
He assured the newly appointed zonal director of the full support and cooperation of the City Boy Movement in the North-Central zone, noting that the group would continue to deepen grassroots engagement and mobilise support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
Ajimati also expressed optimism that Seriki’s leadership would further energise youth participation in the APC’s campaign activities across the region.
He wished the APC stalwart wisdom, strength and success in the discharge of his new responsibilities.
